Laboratories are significantly important in scientific-research, and industrial units. By relying on its scientific background, the Rubber Engineering Industries and Research Company established its laboratory in mid 2005 for its services on rubber, plastic, polymer, physics, and chemistry industries, upon a new project, and with an aim to provide research, laboratory, examining, and quality

control services to its clients. This company's laboratories are equipped with complete facilities, and their goal is to provide services on compounding, quality control, and analysis, as well as introducing RIERCO to tire, plastic, and rubber producing companies, and Applied Science and Technology University.
Based on a projected planning, the company has been qualified for the approval of Standard Organization, Sazegostare SAIPA, and ITRAC companies, and as a company with reputable laboratories, cooperates with these companies. Currently, the company is in the process of settling ISO/IEC 17025 standards.
Following are some of the facilities and equipment available in our laboratory.

1- Rubber laboratory for performing physical, mechanical, and quality control tests. Equipment include for: tensile strength, resilience, hardness, abrasion, fatigue, ozone, mooney viscometer, and rheometer.
2- Plastic laboratory for performing quality control tests on parts and pipes (PP-PE and PVC), and their joint parts, including: equipment for impact test, metal flow index, carbon black test, water absorbing, etc.
3- Accurate tools laboratory for identifying polymer base, compositions, and percentage of substances available in rubber including: spectrometer FT/IR, and thermal analysis STA(TGA DSC),and �..

5- Physical chemistry and polymer laboratory for providing educational and scientific services for University of Applied Science and other educational institutions, by having complete equipment such as, glass tools, chemical substances, PH meter, melting point calculating tool, density meter, rotary operation, distil water maker and�.
